We charge 5%+GST in Sydney and 7%+GST in Brisbane.

They communicate with the property managers at our office, online portal or by phone or email.

We perform at least twice per year. We take photos and compare the conditions with the last report, and thoroughly check to see if there are any damages or maintenance issues.

We request as many details as possible including photos and video footage. We then review the issue and allocate the job to the best tradesmen we have in our portfolio.

Yes, we can! we can organise to have all your invoices to be sent to our office for payment, which then will be deducted from your statements.

Other questions

After we collect the rent and pay any bills, we make disbursements to the owners at the end of each month. Statements will be sent by email and it’s also available on your owner portal shortly after each month-end.

Our systems automatically track arrears and tenants are contacted by phone, email and SMS. We follow up relentlessly to ensure you get paid.

Once we have applications, we evaluate tenants carefully and always do a reference check with the current and previous agents.

We charge one week rent plus GST. We don’t charge for advertising.

No. We don’t charge you anything extra.

We do 2 inspections per year, and this is included in our property management fee.

We post your listing on, our website, our Facebook and popular community pages.
